Returns and Exchanges
- If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. A&B store credits don’t expire; we want you to choose another new item to love and not be in a rush.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. We don’t want it to get lost, so tracking your package until we get it back is highly encouraged.
- Returned items must be in their original condition (UN– USED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNDAMAGED) with all tags attached. Be careful trying it on: Items returned stained (deodorant, makeup) will not be accepted.
- Please allow 3-4 business days to allow your return to be processed once it’s received back to our facility. You will receive an email confirmation of your return and your store credit info. Please save it for future use.
- If you receive an item by mistake – contact us, we’ll make it right.
- No exchanges. In stock items can not be held to replace your return. Any replacements are considered a new order.
- ALL sale items are final sale.
