Order and Shipping Information
- Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once completed.
- All inventory on the website is real time.
- All orders will be shipped via USPS, First Class or Priority Mail.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for receipt. Allow additional time for holidays & busy mail periods.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number. Feel free to track your package through the email or USPS.com for updates.
- In-Stock items are shipped immediately after processing.
- Pre-Order items are shipped within 48 hours once they are in stock. The delivery period listed is as accurate as possible, but there are occasions where items arrive early or are delayed. You will receive a follow up email when the item is in stock and being prepared for shipment. Don’t hesitate to contact us to get an update.
Local Scheduled Pick-Ups
- Scheduled pick-ups are only available for completed orders for items in stock.
- Once your order has been processed, A&B will contact you via email to schedule your pick-up from Chicago’s Merchandise Mart.
- All pickups will be scheduled during normal business hours, Mondays – Fridays.
- If you fail to pick up your order as scheduled, the order will be mailed to the shipping address listed in your order within 24 hours.
- Pick-up service is not available for returns.
